We are an independent, international, non‑profit humanitarian organization operating strictly in accordance with international law.

International Charitable Non‑Governmental Organization “NART” (ICNGO “NART”) was founded in Maikop in 1991, re‑registered in Switzerland in 2002 and again in 2023, and has been accorded consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). Our headquarters are located in Geneva, Swiss Confederation.

Our mandate is to deliver humanitarian assistance to victims of genocide and ethnocide, and we implement a broad range of programmes in pursuit of this mission.

ICNGO “NART” is wholly non‑profit. All funds received—including revenue from permissible ancillary activities—are applied exclusively to the realization of the Organization’s objectives and programmes.

Universal Declaration of Human Rights

The revival and development of minority nations, indigenous peoples, and divided communities affected by ethnocide and genocide; the preservation of their cultural and spiritual heritage, and the safeguarding of their national identity. We are committed to carrying out charitable and humanitarian initiatives aimed at promoting peace, fostering interethnic and interreligious harmony, and preventing social, national, and religious conflicts.

Our Actions

  • Conduct scientific research in economics, law, history, culture, education, demography, ecology, and related fields that advance the revival and development of minority nations.

  • Promote native languages by creating study programmes, curricula, and textbooks for national schools and other educational institutions.

  • Implement publishing and mass‑media projects that foster unity and progress among minority communities.

  • Support the preservation and enrichment of national folklore.

  • Contribute to the revival, development, and promotion of traditional crafts, public festivals, and indigenous games.

  • Collaborate with other civil‑society organizations to restore national traditions and safeguard/rescue historic and cultural monuments, landscapes, parks, and sites of memory.

  • Undertake humanitarian initiatives, including—without limitation—the collection and distribution of humanitarian relief supplies.

  • Organise charitable festivals, exhibitions, sporting events, competitions, fairs, seminars, conferences, and other activities, including but not limited to, educational travel and tourism programmes.

  • Establish ICNGO “NART” prizes, grants, diplomas, and other forms of recognition, ect.

Our Programs

GLOBAL ETHNOGRAPHIC EXPEDITIONS "ZEKO"

International Beneficent Non-governmental Organization "NART" (IBNO "NART") is an association which activity is directed on revival and development of a cultural and spiritual heritage of paucity people, preservation of their national originality. IBNO ìNART" within limits of realization of the projects will organize constantly operating scientifically-practical GLOBAL ETHNOGRAPHIC EXPEDITION "ZEKO" with the purpose of research of problems of paucity people all over the world.
Modern civilization, being guided only extraction of profit, puts to the environment of the dwelling an irreparable harm and by that puts itself on a side ecological and a social disaster. Aggressive use of natural resources puts on a side of disappearance not only flora and fauna, but also many people. As a result of such development of a civilization from the face of the Earth tens people today have already disappeared, and many continue to be on the verge of the uttermost disappearance. For this reason IBNO "NART" offers everyone to whom the destiny of paucity people is not indifferent, to unite the efforts and as much as possible to use all achievements of scientific and technical progress for the good of their rescue and preservation of national originality.
The purpose of global ethnographic expedition "ZEKO":
- Complex studying of problems of paucity people in places of their residing;
- Attraction of attention of world community to the vital problems of paucity people;
- Development of the plan for the rescue of dying out ethnic groups;
- Revival and preservation of a cultural and spiritual heritage of paucity people, and also preservation of their national originality.
For effective carrying out of actions within the limits of GEE "ZEKO" and achievements of objects in view, are involved authoritative experts in the field of ethnography, a demography, history, ecology, sociology and other branches of life-support of paucity people. And for giving Expedition of the important political value participation of world famous art workers, sciences, policy, sports, and mass-media is supposed. Considering importance and urgency GEE "ZEKO", all spent actions all-round will be shined in mass media and the specialized magazine with the same name "ZEKO". The special attention will be given to creation and support in a global information network a volumetric web-site of Expedition available in many languages of the world, including languages of paucity people. Information supply GEE "ZEKO", and also direct participation in it will allow not only to draw of known people and the international organizations attention of world community to problems of paucity ethnoses, but also as much as possible to raise the status of spent action. For departure places of direct residing paucity people GEEi "ZEKO" mobile groups which structure will include the experts, engaged direct studying of problems of the given ethnos, and also authoritative people in various areas and representatives of mass-media are formed. Financing of global ethnographic expedition "ZEKO" is carried out due to own means IBNO "NART", financial and material means of partners on Expedition, and also the means received from advertising, charitable donations of physical and legal persons, public organizations and other receipts not forbidden by the law. GLOBAL YOUTH FORUMS

One of the major ideas of the Forum is to allow the youth to feel their participation and responsibility for harmonious coexistence of all life on Earth, and to involve them in the process of solving minority nations and indigenous peoples’ vital problems.The Global Youth Forum's aim is also the assistance for the social, economic, cultural and ethnic revival of minority nations and indigenous peoples. The Forum is capable in attracting the attention of the community and power structures, to receive comprehensive aid and support.Assistance to social, economic, cultural and ethnic revival of minority nations and indigenous peoples. MINORITY NATIONS RED BOOK

The "Red Book" is the first step for the foundation of university and the world culture museum. These entities will be the centre of collecting, ordering, analysing and distribution of the information about minority nations and indigenous peoples, as well as the developing of the plan on preventing endangered ethnos groups deaths. The textbooks publishing and training programs developed for national schools, educational establishments become the invaluable support in native language studies. The stylized ethnographic quarters in the cities will be organized for demonstration of minority nationsand indigenous peoples cultural and spiritual heritage. Protected ethnographic places (reservations) will be created to preserve theminority nations and indigenous people's ethnos original national way of life. The promotion of native language studies, programs and textbooks developed for national schools and educational establishments. The organization of stylized ethnographic quarters in the cities for demonstration of minority nations and indigenous peoples cultural and spiritual heritage. The creation of protected ethnographic places (reservations) to preserve minority nations and indigenous people's ethnos original national way of life.
